- Final project files or website access will be delivered after full payment clearance.
2. No Refund Policy
- All payments made to Deye Solution are non-refundable once the project has started.
- Refund requests will not be entertained after work has been initiated or delivered.
3. 90 Days Free Support
- We provide 90 days of free technical support and bug fixes after project completion.
- This support only covers technical issues and errors related to the original project.
- Additional modifications, redesigns, or new feature requests will be charged separately.
4. Website Ownership
- Once the full payment is received, the client becomes the owner of the completed website and approved content.
- Third-party tools, plugins, stock assets, or licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their licensing terms.
5. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved under Pakistani legal jurisdiction.
6. Amendments & Modifications
- Any changes to project scope, pricing, timelines, or services require written approval from both parties.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in revised costs and delivery timelines.
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
- No confidential information, files, or business data will be shared with third parties without prior consent.
